Organic Mungbean Fennel and Chilli Pattie
This scrumptious pattie doesn’t just deliver on nutrition—it bursts with flavour. While protein-rich mungbeans take the lead, it’s the punchy mix of chilli, fennel, and garlic that steals the show. Bold, aromatic, and totally moreish… you’ll find it hard to stop at just one!
A good source of plant protein and an excellent source of dietary fibre, it’s a powerhouse patty perfect for wraps, bowls, or hearty trail meals.
Method
• Mix 1/3 cup dry pattie mix & 1/3 cup (85ml) water & mix well (equal parts pattie mix & water).
• Let it sit for 10 mins.
• Spoon mixture into oiled fry pan.
• Shallow fry until golden brown on each side.
• Serve with salad & your favourite mayo or dip.
Makes the approx 4-5 medium sized patties.
