Organic Beetroot Dill and Lentil Pattie
This earthy, hearty pattie is the perfect plant-based meal when time is short but flavour still matters. The rich sweetness of beetroot is beautifully balanced by fresh dill, nutty sesame, and wholesome chickpeas, creating a deeply satisfying taste and texture.
A good source of dietary fibre and packed with plant protein, it’s a nourishing choice for any adventure or quick meal at home.
Method
• Mix 1/2 cup dry pattie mix & 1/3 cup (85ml) boiling water & mix well.
• Let it sit for 5-10 mins (have a cuppa!).
• Form patties with damp hands.
• Shallow fry until golden brown on each side.
• Serve with salad & your favourite mayo or dip.
Makes approx 4 small patties (one serve) which are very filling!!!
